If you have some city-in-the-summer outdoor fantasy of eating quietly among herbs and plants, just have dinner at Poppy. Their small and quiet cobblestone garden through the back of the restaurant is the perfect place you now know about that your friends don’t. This spot specializes in thalis, which are Indian meals involving lots of small dishes on one plate. They change often, but hope for the Doubanjiang braised pork shoulder, so you can make a little naan sandwich with apple raita and pickled rhubarb.
