Mendocino Farms
Mendocino Farms is a California-based casual sandwich and salad chain that made its way to the lunch capital of Seattle: South Lake Union. And luckily for project managers and office assistants everywhere, the lunch options here are solid. That is, if you stick to the classics—like a tasty turkey club with bacon and avocado or a chicken pesto panini. But steer clear of their bland chicken parmesan, or “playful take” on bánh mì served between tough ciabatta. Use this place for an easy lunch if you’re in Amazon territory and need something quick and fresh, but be prepared to stand your ground against the hoards of Door Dashers waiting for their order to be called too.
