This location of Milkboy, the all-day cafe and music venue mini-chain, isn’t as well-known as the one in Old City, but it’s the better of the two. And that’s mostly because they have some underground deal with Jim’s next door, where you can order one of their cheesesteaks directly to your table without having to wait in line.
