We used to want to spend snow days sledding and pouring snow down the inside of people’s jackets. Now we want to spend them at Wurstbar in downtown Jersey City. The long, narrow space feels like a middle-ground between a bar and biergarten, and it’s a great spot to come with a group and spend a few hours ordering from the long lists of ciders, poutines, and sausages - like our favorite that’s topped with roasted pork and char siu sauce.
Crif Dogs exists to support the lifestyle of the young, drunk, cash-strapped and hungry. Open until 4am on the weekends and 2am during the week, this is an all hours Neighborhood Hang, ideal for Late Night Eats, cheap beers and a game of Ms. Pacman.
It’s hard to divorce Razza from all of the “best pizza” buzz. But if you do, you'll appreciate the subtleties that make this Jersey City spot great.
There will be a line at Bread and Salt in The Heights when it's open Friday through Sunday. You should wait in this line.
Berry Park is a big rooftop bar and restaurant in Williamsburg that gets pretty clubby at night.
