A Bangladeshi snack shop right outside the Church Ave. F/G station, Shingara specializes in all things fried. This place is tiny and there’s no seating, but it’s a popular stop to grab a shingara or pakoras to eat while walking around Kensington, or to pick up an order of fuchka for home. The filling they use here is spicy, dense, and delicious. Shingara is also ideal for a take-out lunch, especially if you’re working from home and need an excuse to briefly leave your apartment.
