Lazy Sundaes on the LES specializes in bingsoo made with uber soft, oat milk-based snow that resembles very finely grated cheese. There’s some counter seating and a handful of tables at this small but bright cafe, which has a few more locations in Manhattan and Dumbo. They sell seven different varieties of bingsoo, each around $10, made with your choice of organic dairy or vegan coconut condensed milk. The size is perfect for one person, and we particularly like the one with mango chunks and mochi. Lazy Sundaes also has jasmine punches, coffee drinks, and teas that you can turn into bubble drinks by adding tapioca.
