Even in a place as big as Mexico City, it can be hard to find great pasta. Sartoria, however, fills that void. You’ll spot classics like cacio e pepe on the menu, plus more creative dishes (think cauliflower milanese), and there’s also a largely natural and biodynamic wine list. In a city with lots of Italian restaurants, this place offers something that’s actually pretty rare: a pasta-forward spot that’s casual enough for a long lunch, but also perfect for impressing whoever you decide to bring here for dinner.
