The Strip
The Strip
Peter Luger Steak House at Caesars Palace
The NYC Peter Luger’s isn’t what it used to be, so this desert outpost shows that sometimes Vegas one-ups the original.
Oscar’s Steakhouse
Forget about steaks for a moment and go for the fantastic Angus Burger at Oscar’s.
Cut
Cut is a steakhouse in the Palazzo that’s very upscale, with things like tableside Old Fashioneds and Japanese wagyu beef.
SW Steakhouse
SW feels like a steakhouse plucked out of Beverly Hills and placed along the Wynn’s Lake of Dreams, where you might be sitting next to a famous Swedish DJ or casino president.
Mon Ami Gabi
Mon Ami Gabi, a French spot in the Paris Hotel, is great any time of day, but make sure you sit outside. They have the best view of the Bellagio Fountains.
The Henry
This spot in The Cosmopolitan works just as well for breakfast beignets as it does for a reasonably-priced lunch, or middle-of-the-night meal.
Veranda
One of our favorite buffets is at Veranda inside the Four Seasons, and the mini bagels can cure any hangover.
Peppermill Restaurant
Whether you want breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late-night meal, head to Peppermill on the Strip at any time of day (they’re open 24 hours).
Le Cirque
There are only 16 tables at Le Cirque, a spot on the Strip where you’ll feel like part of the Illuminati as you dine among regulars and casino VIPs.
LPM Restaurant & Bar
For a fancy-yet-unfussy meal, head to LPM on the Strip for pretty cocktails and French-ish food.
Michael Mina
Michael Mina is a seafood restaurant on the Strip where you can eat hamachi provençal that's flown in daily on a private plane.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is the best spot in town to get a once-in-a-lifetime French meal, all in a clubby setting.
Delilah
Delilah in the Wynn Las Vegas is one of the toughest reservations to get, but the secret celebrity performances, as well as seriously good chicken tenders, make it very worth it.
Casa Playa
Make a reservation at Casa Playa on the Strip when the vibe for a group dinner is going full glam while sipping margaritas.
Mott 32
Mott 32 in the Venetian is one of our go-to spots in Vegas for a sit-down dinner. Consider ordering the Peking duck, which you'll need to reserve three days in advance.
Restaurant Guy Savoy
A dinner at Restaurant Guy Savoy might cost more than a hotel room during CES, but if you’re going to completely ball out for a dinner on the Strip, do it here.
Secret Pizza
Secret Pizza in the Cosmopolitan isn’t as secret as it once was, but it’s still some of the best pizza in Vegas.
Tacos El Pastor
Tacos El Pastor on the Strip is a great choice for late-night tacos or a low-key lunch.
Viva Las Arepas
Viva Las Arepas is one of our favorite lunch places—head to this spot for inexpensive Venezuelan arepas and empanadas.
