It’s served in a gravy boat, an ideal pool to dip bread and their iconic thick-cut bacon. This is a spot where tourists can check the box of eating at a legacy restaurant, but all the zipping black tie-wearing waiters really make it a fun (if slightly chaotic) atmosphere for anybody. Meat nerds can even tour the basement dry-aging room if they ask nicely.
