This large Wrigleyville restaurant is an offshoot of a great steakhouse in Fulton Market. But the relation is only by name—the food here isn’t very good. Depending on who your shucker of the day is, oysters range from mediocre to possible dental hazard if little shell fragments are left hanging around. You won't have much luck with the cooked food either, from bland rigatoni with Italian sausage to over-salted steak. But since this modern-looking tavern has plenty of space at the bar and lots of tables, it’s fine if you just need somewhere to drink before or after a Cubs game across the street.
