John Ringor
Chicago Staff Writer
Though John was born in the Philippines and was a temporary New Yorker for college, he’s lived in Chicago the majority of his life. This instilled an appreciation for good food, and cultivated his incredible tolerance for unpredictable weather. Before joining the Infatuation as a Chicago Staff Writer, John was performing on stages in the Netherlands, South Korea, and at Carnegie Hall, sharing his talents as a professional triangle player. He also had brief stints as a novice figure skater, mediocre cross country runner, and was co-founder of his (now defunct) high school horticulture club. These days he continues to sharpen his triangle skills while simultaneously searching for the world’s best soup dumplings and cinnamon rolls.
