There are a bunch of restaurants opening in Navy Yard, but a lot of them are better for marathon beer drinking than they are for actually good food. Osteria Morini was a welcome exception. It’s an Italian spot overlooking the Anacostia River with excellent pasta and vibes that work for date night or dinner with the parents. When you’ve spent too much time at Bluejacket recently, or you’re just looking for a nice-ish dinner in Navy Yard, Osteria Morini is your solution.
