It’s inside the Hotel Georgia, and is one of the only restaurants in Vancouver with a dress code. You’ll find top-notch Canadian ingredients, things like Northern Divine caviar, Haida Gwaii halibut, and Fraser Valley duck, and your plate will come out looking like it took someone two days to decorate. Grab a seat at the bar for a glass of wine and dessert if you want something slightly more casual.
