Sol Liquor Lounge

If you tend to get bored of the same old mixed drinks, you need to try Sol Liquor Lounge (formerly known as Sun Liquor). It’s a dark little bar in a quiet part of Capitol Hill, far away from the Pike/Pine craziness, and it serves house-distilled spirits, from vodka to gin to rum to bitters. You’ll find cocktail flights, seasonally-rotating drinks, homemade eggnog during the holidays, and tiki drinks on Tuesdays. There’s enough variety that you’ll never have the same cocktail twice (unless you want to), and it works great for a pre or post-dinner date.
