Sandine Ice Cream

The phenomenal garlic confit used to be the sweetest thing to order at Dantini Pizza. Now that they started hosting ice cream pop-up Sandine, a trip to their takeout counter in Interbay is that much more special. The flavors are simple and clean with just a hit of funky stuff, like turmeric-stained golden milk with spicy cardamom and gingersnap crumbles, coffee bean-steeped cream churned with homemade peanut butter cups, or strawberry swirl with mounds of pink peppercorn marshmallows. Next time you order a pie from Dantini, don't you dare forget to add on a Sandine pint.
