The bad news: Bastille, a great French spot in Ballard, has permanently closed. The good news: The same team kept the space and opened Sabine in its place. Their new restaurant is an all-day cafe specializing in toasts topped with things like housemade ricotta and jam, as well as sandwiches and coffee. You can also buy their jams and hot sauces to go, too.
