Miyabi is a very fun place to eat sushi outside of Seattle. It’s located in a strip mall, but once you find it, you’ll be rewarded with a big communal table, two-top dividers that look like giant paper fans, and some of the tastiest fish in the area. Both the nigiri options as well as specialty rolls are great, and even though it doesn’t sound that good, we really like the vegetable sushi that’s rolled with soy paper. Use this place as an escape after shopping at Southcenter Mall.
