Bar Del Corso doesn’t take reservations, and you’ll need to get there early in order to secure a table quickly (the closer to 5pm, the better). But it’s worth your trouble for this insanely good Neapolitan pizza, with perfect black crust bubbles and topped with things like buffalo mozzarella and coppa, which is easily among the top five pies in Seattle. There are also various small plates like burrata and arancini (our favorite appetizer here), and a farro salad that makes us sad when there’s none left on the plate - plus, you get to cut the pizza with a personal pair of shears, just in case that’s something you’ve always wanted to do. If you encounter a wait, Perihelion Brewery down the block and around the corner is a great place to kill time with beers.
