Aslan Brewing Seattle
In a city where brewery-hopping is a patio sport, Aslan Brewing comes in handy during the cold and drippy months. Their Fremont outpost is a cross between a taproom and the living room of that one friend who has unbelievably good luck on Facebook Marketplace—there’s tons of comfortable couches, hanging plants, and almost always a friendly dog present. Come here to drink peppery IPA with friends or have a solo WWB (work with beer) day when you’re in the mood for gingery pale ales instead of coffee. Plus, Aslan shares space with Local Tide next door, so you can order tasty shrimp toast and smashburgers directly from the bar.
