This Chinese restaurant is a casual dumpling destination for the SoMa crowd. When the clock strikes noon, nearby office dwellers descend from their high rises and ergonomic chairs to devour crispy sheng jian bao and excellent boiled dumplings with purple-tinted wrappers. At night, the deceivingly large space is also filled with groups of tourists fresh off a MOMA visit or coworkers debriefing a dramatic all-hands meeting over shareable dishes. Go for any of the steamed, boiled, or pan-fried dumplings for the best path to success, along with the dry-fried chicken wings drenched in a spicy-sweet glaze.
