Smish Smash

Smish Smash makes some of the best burgers in the Bay, with crispy, caramelized beef patties sandwiched between soft potato rolls. The roving pop-up (they’re primarily in the East Bay) also serves creative specials—like an uni burger topped with yuzu kosho and ponzu aioli, or the phở-inspired Dac Biet with jalapeño and bean sprouts. Spin around ten times, throw a dart at the menu, and it'll always land on something great—but get the Signature with two beef patties, house sauce, cheese, pickles, and grilled onions when in doubt.
