Obispo is a rum bar in the Mission from the same team as Bar Agricole and Trou Normand. If you get hungry, they have a menu of Carribean food like cubanos, congri, and oxtail stew, but the best thing is the pollo de Obispo.And if you want something smaller, reach for the empanadas. This is a bar though, so you’re mainly here for cocktails - go for the rum and ting.
