Mini Potstickers
Included In
This casual Chinese restaurant in the Sunset likes to have fun—just look to their eponymous potstickers to see what we mean. They’re the size of a dollar coin, adorable as hell, and audibly crunch when you bite into the crisp bottoms. This place also serves other textbook-great dumplings, like precisely folded xiao long bao and boiled pork and napa cabbage dumplings with chewy handmade wrappers. While they also serve made-to-order jianbing (dubbed here “Chinese burritos”), they’re not well-stuffed or as flavorful as we’d like. Focus your attention on the dumplings—they’re the best things on the menu.
