We’re always looking to make The Infatuation the best platform to find restaurants, and we appreciate your feedback!

Hi Infatuation reader. With restaurants around the country reopening, we understand that socializing in any form might still feel strange, and poses risks too. Should you go out to eat? That’s up to you. But we’ll continue to keep you informed as best we can. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at community@theinfatuation.com.

Le Marais Bakery

498 Sanchez St

San Francisco, CA 94114

Busting out your KitchenAid was a big enough first step in your baking journey. So it’s safe to say that attempting homemade croissants is doing too much, too fast. If you’re not ready for butter layers and laminating, leave it to the professionals at Le Marais. They’re offering $45 croissant kits that come with 12 ready-to-bake croissants - all you have to do is let the dough proof overnight.

The croissants here are incredible, and the granola with yogurt is our favorite in the city. If you want something more interactive, the breakfast board option lets you pick eggs, toast, fruit, lox and other fixings to create your own spread. The Marina location is the original, but we also like Castro one a lot, as this light-filled corner spot is a bit calmer than Chestnut Street.

Fresh and ready-to-bake frozen pastries available for takeout and delivery.
