Kim Sơn Restaurant
When the Outer Richmond’s semi-permanent shroud of fog gets you down, defrost at Kim Sơn. The lowkey Vietnamese restaurant does staples like vermicelli bowls, DIY spring rolls, and rice plates—but their strong suit is their noodle soups. The bún riêu is especially excellent, with intense crab and pork flavor and meatball bits that fall apart the second they leave your soup spoon. It’s easy to walk right in here, especially on those weeknights when you can’t be bothered to cobble together a meal.
