El Garage is a former pop-up that now operates out of a corner spot in Richmond (right near the Richmond BART station). They specialize in quesabirria tacos, and are serving three for $15, or three for $12, if you don’t want cheese. And if you love spicy things, make sure to order your tacos with a side of pickled habanero. Their hibiscus agua fresca is always a non-negotiable.
