We’re always looking to make The Infatuation the best platform to find restaurants, and we appreciate your feedback!

Hi Infatuation reader. With restaurants around the country reopening, we understand that socializing in any form might still feel strange, and poses risks too. Should you go out to eat? That’s up to you. But we’ll continue to keep you informed as best we can. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at community@theinfatuation.com.

Navy Beach Restaurant

(631) 668-6868

16 Navy Rd

Montauk, NY 11954

For a beach destination, there are very few places to actually eat on a beach in the Hamptons and Montauk. You can at Navy Beach. It’s admittedly a small, rocky beach, but it’s a beach nonetheless. Come for drinks at sunset, and get a table outside if you can. If you can’t, or the weather’s iffy, inside’s perfectly nice too.

Navy Beach has the best setup of any restaurant in all of The Hamptons, let alone Montauk. It’s situated in a little hidden alcove of bayside beach off the backroads, and over the train tracks. In other words, you have to really know where you’re going to find. They have tables on the actual sand, excellent beers on tap, and the food has improved dramatically since it first opened a few years back. Due to its incredible ambiance, it’s slammed, always. Good luck getting a table. Drink a beer on the beach and wait it out.
