Pho Ha Saigon is a very large, very casual Vietnamese spot in South Philly right near the stadiums. They have everything from pho to vermicelli noodles topped with grilled meat and spring rolls, and most of the dishes are $10 or less. Come here if you’re nursing a bad hangover before a Flyers game, and it will get you back to at least 50% of your normal energy. That way you won’t pass out when you head into Wells Fargo Center and are bombarded with loud horns and booming voices saying “The Flyers are going on a PECO Powerplay.”
