Kilimandjaro is a small Senegalese restaurant in a University City strip mall that’s open all day. It’s casual, so you can walk in at any time and get a seat, but the food here is incredible. The menu is full of classic Senegalese dishes like mafe (lamb stew marinated in a peanut butter sauce) and thiou (fish in tomato sauce covered in a blanket of spicy cabbage). Everything is delicious, and the most expensive thing on the menu is $18 - so it’s great for a casual weeknight meal.
