Just like it's hard to watch Ratatouille without pining for stewed zucchini, we can't possibly sit through a K-drama without thinking about steamy bowls of jajangmyeon. In these situations, we pause the TV (sorry K-drama) and head straight to Jeong’s Noodle in the food court of Cheltenham's H Mart. This Korean stall serves bowls of deep-red jjamppong, pork dumplings, and, the best of both worlds, a brothy dumpling stew. Everything costs less than $16, so you could pretty much order the entire menu, spread your trays out at a communal table with friends, and not even wince when you check your balance the next day. But if you're just choosing one dish, make it the seafood jajangmyeon, a heap of chewy, thin noodles with shrimp, mussels, cabbage, and pork drenched in thick, earthy black bean sauce.
