If you’re looking to drink truly excellent beer and have some very good food with it, Tørst is one of your best options in the city. They’ve been pouring a daily-rotating selection of impressive draught beer (as well as a rare bottle list) for years, and they just started serving a full food menu that’s part American, part Danish, and part Mexican. Besides the beer and food, it’s also important to know that above all Tørst is just a really great place to hang. Imagine a Swedish sauna, but replace the naked sweaty people with clothed tipsy people, and turn the lights down low - that’s what you can expect to see at Tørst. And if that doesn’t sound fun to you, just come and see it for yourself.

Root & Bone
Root & Bone in the East Village is Southern food done right. Hit it for dinner, hit it for brunch, hit it for takeout. Whatever you do, just hit it.
The Grill is the revamp of the legendary Four Seasons restaurant, run by the people behind Carbone. It’s very similar, very expensive, and worth it.
