Santo Bruklin opened its doors on Court Street in Carroll Gardens, and the very next day, the citywide shutdown went into effect. But after months of offering its picanha and moqueca for takeout and delivery, this Brazilian spot in the former La Slowteria space is now in full swing with seating inside and in a heated backyard. Order a steaming cauldron of feijoada during Sunday brunch, or share some caipirinhas and small plates with a date, but whenever you go, make sure to get at least one order of the pão de queijo. Their version of Brazilian cheese bread comes with a side of ground, spicy ’nduja that makes it arguably the best version of PDQ in NYC.
