It’s hard to get excited about fast-casual places. Most of them really just serve the purpose of providing you with healthy-enough food that’s decently priced and easy to eat at a desk. And Roast is no exception. Here, you can get a salad or a bowl of vegetables (with farro or basmati rice) and maybe throw in a protein if you’re feeling like you earned it. Build your own bowl or go with one of their signature recipes. Either way, you’ll get something fresh and decent, and you’ll make it to the weekend when you’ll hopefully eat better food.
