For the most part, Magazine just looks like a normal neighborhood bar in Greenpoint. It’s a long room with a jukebox and strings of red lights hanging along the walls, and in the early evening, it’s a great spot for a casual drink with a friend. But if you stop by around 11pm on a weekend, you’ll find a DJ playing vinyl and a big crowd of people who probably consider CDs the new vinyl. It’s a fun place, and drinks are also not that expensive (house cocktails are all $10). Plus, there’s a nice little backyard.
