Ela Taverna isn’t the best Greek restaurant in New York, and it isn’t even the best Greek restaurant in Williamsburg. But you won’t have to wait for a table here, and you’ll probably hear a Greek accent or two. And if you can manage to forget for a few second that you’re only a few hundred feet off Bedford Ave, you might even be able to pretend that you’re at a pretty average neighborhood spot in Athens.
