When you’re drinking a sugary cocktail out of a skull-shaped mug that’s on fire in a subterranean space illuminated by colorful hanging lights, it’s easy to forget that you’re drinking quite a bit of rum. If you have work tomorrow, that’s reason to pause. Otherwise, this tiki bar under White Eagle Hall in downtown Jersey City is a great place to get drinks with a group.
