Eating at Hai Hai feels a bit like taking a tropical vacation, which can be hard to find in a city that averages more than four feet of snow per year. Everything at this Arts District spot - from the cocktails to the bright walls and hanging plants - makes you think of summer, and the same goes for the menu, which includes a mix of mostly Southeast Asian dishes.
