This rooftop spot in Little Havana is on top of the Life House hotel. Come here for very good cocktails and a surprisingly awesome view of the Downtown skyline. Terras is great for a date or catching up with a few friends - and so much less scene-y than most Miami rooftops. The cocktails are very good and the food menu is small but tasty (especially the heart of palm salad). Come during sunset if you can.
