You can come to La Casita Cafeteria with nothing but a $20 bill and your grumbling stomach. This restaurant on West Flagler serves a wide spectrum of Latin dishes from pupusas to cubanos and even some seafood options. And your coffee might be covered by a regular who buys a colada to share. Even though there’s seating indoors, grab a table in front of their ventanita. Here, you have the best view of the fascinating road rage of West Flagler. If you just want a small bite, get the pupusa revuelta—it has a generous amount of chicharron filling, and the side of cabbage is satisfyingly crunchy.
