Being in Fort Lauderdale inevitably means going to the beach. And if you’re looking for a post-beach meal around Sunrise and A1A, Kousine is what you want. The Peruvian spot makes some of Fort Lauderdale’s best ceviche and Peruvian seafood. Those—not the meat dishes—are what you want to focus on here. They have a small dining room, but sit outside and you’ll be able to see the ocean while you eat very tasty things that used to swim in that ocean.
