Perfect For: Quick Eats Walk-Ins

Fuchai is a small Edgewater spot that has a menu split pretty evenly between Chinese and Korean food. We prefer the Korean dishes - which include bulgogi and japchae - over the Chinese ones. But neither side of the menu is really too impressive, and this place is more of a third-string back-up plan - or a viable option if you're stuck in Edgewater and absolutely need kimchi.
