The Whisper doesn't seem like it's going to be good. It's at The Grove, the interior looks like those hotel restaurants that serve overdone steaks, and also did we mention it's at The Grove. But against all odds, The Whisper actually has not-awful food and drinks, and feels like a comfortable neighborhood date spot rather than a stuffy mall restaurant.
