The Maybourne has a few spots to pull up for a cocktail, but for something more experiential, a night at the Cigar and Whiskey Bar is a must. This reservation-only bar is hidden on the second floor (you get escorted up a secret back staircase, such drama!) with over 1,000 cigars in stock, plus a thick booklet of whiskies broken down by country. There’s a $100 per person minimum, but considering some premium two-ounce drams can go for up to $600, that won’t be a difficult number to hit. Grab something off the cocktail list as well—the honey and ginger-infused Penicillin is excellent.
