Panadería Coatzingo is a Mexican bakery in South Figueroa Corridor that makes very attractive conchas. Their sweet rolls are huge and spongy, and the streusel topping covers the entire thing like a blanket. There’s also cuernitos that taste like butter and sesame boillos stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños that we like to snack on during the drive home.
