Most of what we remember about La Barca the morning after a visit involves multiple margaritas and an abundance of melted cheese. The colorful, casual restaurant serves big portions of decent, classic Mexican dishes (we recommend the nachos) and huge margaritas that are $3 during happy hour. If you’re looking to get rowdy cheaply near USC, this is where you go.
