Elephante

Elephante is a rooftop bar/restaurant above Flower Child in the heart of downtown Santa Monica. The menu is a hodgepodge of pizzas, pastas, and random small dishes, and some of it is quite solid. But you’re not coming here for the food - you’re coming here to drink overpriced cocktails and stare at the ocean. The crowd is your typical Westside mix of Axe-sprayed banker bros and people whose only source of income is paid Instagram posts, and as long as you’re ok with that, Elephante will give you exactly what you want.
