Tratra is a new French restaurant located in the basement of the Boundary Hotel, and there’s a heavy focus on meat. The space is swanky, and the menu is set up well for sharing amongst large groups, so we can see many a team dinner being held here in the future. The house charcuterie and roast lamb shoulder are the stars of the menu.
