We’re 99% sure that the interior design brief for this Italian spot on Upper Street was ‘rustic, really, really rustic’. As soon as you walk in you’ll find a lot of distressed wood on the walls, the sliding doors open on sunny days, and dishes like pappardelle e cinghiale and maritati e polpette on the menu, as well as a whole bunch of pizzas. The food here can range from decent to pretty disappointing, so your best bet is to swing by for a glass of wine when you want to pretend you’re in Tuscany - and stick to the well-priced pizzas.
