Homeboy

Homeboy is an Irish cocktail bar in Islington where—between the delicious drinks and charming service—there’s a very high chance you won’t make it into work tomorrow. Dim lighting, moody, leather banquettes, and endlessly drinkable frozen Irish coffees encourage you to settle in for the long haul. At the black and white chequered bar, pint-drinkers chat with staff and a crowd of friends cheer as another round of Modern Irish Pornstars hits their table. Midweek, things can be a little quiet, which is the ideal time to drop by and try one of our favourite Guinnesses in London. Things pick up on the weekends when live music and DJ sets draw a crowd. And at the end of the night, once you realise the thumping in your head isn’t the hip hop soundtrack, Homeboy will send you on your way with a Barry’s tea bag to help in the morning.
