There are the days in Vegas when you plan to splurge and spend the next year replenishing your savings account. And there are also days when you need to at least attempt to be economical so you can return home with enough cash to purchase that posturepedic you’ve been eyeing on TV. If you’re looking for something that falls into the second category, visit the Grand Cafe inside of the Red Rock Hotel and Casino. Their reasonably priced breakfast menu is available 24 hours a day, but their all-nighter menu, available from 11pm-6am, is really the best deal. It has everything from burgers to biscuits and gravy, though once you see the steak and eggs for under $10, your decision will have been made.
